Partner with security teams to ensure ongoing completeness and accuracy of the documentation. * Execute defined processes for documenting and managing cybersecurity controls (both technical and process related). Partner with security teams to ensure ongoing completeness and accuracy of the data. * Execute against a framework for identifying cybersecurity issues and risks. Partner with security teams to help determine severity of items, ensure comprehensive remediation plans are developed with due dates, and in tracking and reporting on them to drive effective and timely mitigations. * Track regulatory requirements and agreed upon security framework requirements across the cybersecurity domain. Partner with security teams to ensure ongoing compliance to these and escalate to leadership when potential issues arise. * Provide support to business areas in their understanding and evaluation of the risks they inherit within their processes through their use of the Information Security controls in-house or inherited through our use of external vendors providing information security services. * Support the information security organization in completing internal audits and external regulatory reviews. Including in assisting in the collection and review of requested materials, coordination of meetings, and management of any resulting findings. * Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field preferred * Completed one training and certification in the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance space (CISSP, CRISC, Sec+, CISA) preferred * 2+ years Information Security, Internal Audit, or Financial Industry experience; or years of Information Technology experience with a focus on security controls and processes * routine processes related to the management of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures; the identification and tracking of cybersecurity issues and risks; compliance with regulatory rules; and completion of internal audits and external regulatory exams * Ability to understand common security frameworks used by Financial Institutions for measuring overall maturity and managing controls * Ability to clearly discuss security issues and risks with peers and leaders within Security and across the Digital organization * Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; including excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail * Ability to operate in an analyst role, effectively communicating and assisting with tasks
