We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong consulting and technical expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical architects to translate complex business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures. You will drive solution design, ensure alignment with Salesforce platform best practices, and support successful delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds.
This position requires a strong combination of architecture expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather requirements and translate them into solution architecture.
- Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Define data models, security architecture, and integration frameworks for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Participate in project planning, solution estimation, and roadmap discussions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security standards, and architectural best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide teams toward optimal architectural solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, new capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve solution design.
