Ardigen is a Polish technology company supporting pharma and biotech organizations in drug discovery and biological data analysis. We combine scientific expertise with advanced AI solutions, working closely with R&D and innovation teams in the life sciences sector.

We are currently looking for a person to support our sales and marketing activities.

This role offers a great opportunity to understand how technology companies collaborate with pharma and biotech organizations in practice, and which topics, language, and timing matter most in this industry.

Key duties and responsibilities

In this role, you will work with AI-powered tools and be involved in pre-sales activities, in particular:

• identifying and analyzing potential contacts in the pharma and biotech industry;
• building, organizing, and maintaining contact lists;
• handling email communication and supporting meeting scheduling;
• creating simple communication scenarios: who to contact, when, and with what kind of proposition.

Requirements

• a good command of English (spoken and written);
• some background in biotechnology and/or bioinformatics and/or AI.

We offer

• cooperation based on a contract for specific work (umowa o dzieło);
• required availability: 20 hours per week (80 hours per month);
• during onboarding and training, availability on working days between 10:00 and 16:00 is required.
