About the Role

The RN House Supervisor provides off-shift hospital leadership, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow, and clinical oversight across 311+ beds, including ED, L&D, Surgical Services, Med/Surg, and ICU. Supports emergency response, standards of care, and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hospital operations and nursing support across all units
• Manage staffing, patient placement, and hospital flow
• Support RRT/Code response and crisis situations
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Provide coaching, performance support, and escalation guidance

Required Experience & Skills

✅ 1+ year Charge/Leadership/Supervisory RN experience required
✅ Inpatient Acute Care experience required
✅ Competent in:

• MS/Tele Code Response Crisis Management
• Regulatory Compliance Incident/Risk Management
• Staffing & Throughput Coaching & Team LeadershipEMR:

EPIC required

Certifications

• BLS
• ACLS

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
