Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Coordinating and leading software development team.

• Developing project schedules and managing timelines.

• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Ensuring quality standards and technical requirements are met.

• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.

• Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project,

• Promoting innovation and continuous improvement within projects.

• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget

Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of solid technical experience in Software Development (e.g., coding, system architecture, or related technical roles) Familiarity with Japanese work culture is an advantage.

• 1 to 2 years of management or leadership experience in a project or team management role
