Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing all project timelines, deliverables, and communications
Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative, operations, and finance) to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope
Translate and interpret communications (verbal and written) between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders as needed
Develop and maintain strong, respectful relationships with client counterparts in Japan

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday and Jira
Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, and operations teams a plus
PMP or Agile certification preferred but not required
