Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for operating production line equipment, performing product finishing tasks, and supporting safe, accurate, and efficient production operations.

Essential Job Functions

Follow all company safety and security procedures at all times.

Operate and monitor production equipment, including assembly, chemical additions, extrusion, and packaging systems.

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions with strict attention to detail.

Properly store raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including routine equipment care.

Maintain a consistent work pace and follow assigned production schedules.

Ensure product quality by performing tasks precisely and accurately according to specifications.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Associate degree required.

Minimum of 3 years of production or manufacturing experience.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following SOPs and instructions accurately.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Maintenance experience preferred, including basic troubleshooting or equipment repair.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
