What You Will Do

• Drive Lean & green efficiency: Apply your Lean Six Sigma expertise to optimize processes, reduce waste, improve quality, and ensure on-time deliveries that impress our customers.
• Inspire & develop: Coach, motivate, and grow your leadership team to perform at their best — because great teams deliver great results.
• Manage financial performance: Lead the plant’s P&L in collaboration with finance, sales, and marketing to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Build a culture of excellence: Act as an ambassador for our cultural pillars — foster engagement, celebrate success, and encourage curiosity for continuous progress.
• Ensure smooth operations: Oversee production schedules, policies, and key performance indicators to keep the plant running efficiently.
• Be present on the floor: Engage directly with teams, solve problems, and encourage collaboration.
• Adapt & evolve: Embrace change, prioritize competing demands, and guide the plant confidently through new challenges.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in a Lean manufacturing environment, with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Lean & Six Sigma skills, with practical tools to deliver real impact.
• Effective, trustworthy, and inspiring communicator.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational management.
• Passion for employee engagement — you know people are the heart of a high-performing plant.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
• Comfortable with MS Office and manufacturing software.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example — you don’t just talk about culture, you embody it.
