• Personal assistant to founders

Finance

• Processing payments, invoices, reimbursements and expenses
• Light bookkeeping support (we’ll teach you what you need to know)
• Helping us keep things tidy and compliant as we scale

Office Management

• Ordering supplies, managing deliveries and vendors
• Keeping our London office running smoothly by troubleshooting and proactive thinking
• Handling maintenance contracts
• Battling with printers (why are printers still so bad, sorry about this one in advance)

Special Projects You’ll also get the chance to pick up meaningful projects to drive new opportunities for our business.

Compensation Range & Benefits £30-40,000 depending on experience. Equity.
