Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient care needs including ADLs, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient behavior, mood, and physical condition.
• Support therapeutic interventions and de-escalation techniques as directed by the RN.
• Maintain a safe and structured environment, following facility and behavioral health protocols.
• Assist with patient groups, activities, and engagement to support treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety checks, patient rounds, and observation level requirements.

Requirements:

• Active CNA license
• 2+ years of Mental health tech experience
• Must have prior Mental/Behavioral Health experience
• Ability to work 5x8s with every other weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
