Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the post-processing and analysis of imaging data, contributing to clinical and pathological assessments. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge in medical imaging technologies and a keen interest in applying analytical skills to real-world clinical data.
This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop and apply expertise in medical image analysis, contributing to critical clinical research and diagnostic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing Support: Assist in the processing and analysis of imaging data for clinical and pathologist review.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate within the research team to execute data-driven projects. This includes helping to prepare summary statistics, tabulations, and graphical representations of data.
Data Management: Support the proper formatting and reporting of data to ensure compatibility with medical platforms. This includes networking data to designated workstations and assisting in the verification of image and data validity. Ensure compliance with clinical data management requirements.
Quantitative Measurements: Conduct quantitative measurements on Second Harmonic Generation/Two-Photon Excitation Fluorescence (SHG/TPEF) images under supervision.
Project Support: Participate in various research and analysis projects, leading and optimizing data analysis efforts.
