Job Description — International Recruiter
Experience: Fresh – 6 months
Location: Lahore (On-site) 6pm-3am
Shift: Night Shift (US/International Timings)
Type: Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and confident International Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-stage professionals who want to build a strong career in global talent acquisition, working with US-based clients and international hiring needs.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, strong people skills, and the ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for international roles, primarily US-based
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ communication & skill fit
Coordinate with US clients for requirement gathering, updates, and feedback
Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers
Handle job postings, resume screening, and outreach via LinkedIn & portals
Support onboarding, documentation, and follow-up processes
Participate in daily meetings and provide recruitment status reports
Build a strong understanding of job roles, technical skills, and hiring trends
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Confidence in speaking with international candidates and clients
Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple openings
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Strong learning ability and willingness to grow
