Ergo are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect for a long-term contract in Dublin . The successful candidate will design, implement, manage and support a hybrid MS identity environment providing expert advice on design, strategy, optimisation, and implementation.
This is a hybrid role with great day rates and potential to extend.
You should have 7+ years experience in cloud Architecture with expert-level IAM (Entra ID) knowledge and Azure / IAM certification.
What will you do?
- Lead the design and implementation of identity and access management solutions across the Departments domains.
- Develop and implement identity governance policies to safeguard data to maintain compliance.
- Evaluate and implement Zero Trust security models.
- Conduct regular and comprehensive audits of the existing identity management infrastructure Entra ID, implementing enhancements and to proactively identify and mitigate any potential vulnerabilities or security risks.
- Be an Escalation point for Entra ID / Azure related Incidents, Requests, Changes
- Design, implement and manage least-privilege administrative models for Entra ID.
You should have experience in the following:
- 7+ years Architecting and implementing Microsoft solutions
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft's Hybrid cloud architecture
- Identity management solutions specifically Entra ID, B2B to and B2C
- Azure identity features toolsets such as: Privileged Identity Management (PIM) - Entitlement management - Access Reviews - Conditional Access - Azure Policy
- Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) best practices.
- IAM design and implementation across a multiple CSP (AZ/AWS/GCP) estate.
- Azure solutions that align with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure
