We are looking for a Head of HR and Administration to take full ownership of our people operations and organizational infrastructure. You are able to balance high-level strategy with daily administrative execution and as the backbone of our Swiss operations, you ensure our team is supported, our compliance is airtight, and our office runs smoothly.

Tasks

• Take ownership and manage the entire employee journey from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

• Being responsible for payroll processing, social security coordination, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Swiss labor laws.

• Oversee general administration

• Develop and maintain internal regulations, employee handbooks, and manage HR related security compliance under ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, ideally in a fast-paced Swiss startup or tech environment

• Command of Swiss labor law, social insurances (AHV, BVG, UVG), and local payroll regulations

• Organized, reliable and willing to get your hands dirty

• Excellent oral and written skills in both English and German.
