, you serve as the critical gatekeeper for our business ecosystem. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new commercial applications, ensuring that every entity onboarded meets our rigorous standards for safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a high-velocity investigative mindset—balancing efficient, accurate technical reviews with the "detective's eye" required for deep-dive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk accounts.

Identity & Persona Verification:
Perform meticulous reviews of identity documents to detect sophisticated forgery, synthetic identity fraud, or document tampering.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Data Integrity & Systems Management:

Strategic Escalation:
Synthesize complex findings into concise, evidence-based risk summaries for leadership when sophisticated fraud rings or significant threats are identified.
Previous experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 financial institution or a high-growth FinTech environment.
Meticulous Attention to Detail:
You have a proven ability to spot subtle inconsistencies—such as mismatched data or altered documents—in a fast-paced environment.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with highly regulated compliance environments is a strong plus, particularly regarding the
Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, and the USA PATRIOT Act.
Investigative Rigor:
A passion for "connecting the dots" and uncovering the true nature of an entity through online research and data analysis.
Technical Agility:
Ability to quickly master internal risk software and maintain seamless communication across Slack and G-Suite.
Direct experience with identity orchestration and risk platforms such as
Alloy
or
Persona

Proficiency in utilizing
