The Opportunity
We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for a strong (founding) fullstack developer with experience in SaaS product development and an entrepreneurial mindset. You get a lot of freedom and influence on the company. You will work on the core of our agentic workflow platform, designing and building features that directly power thousands of automated decisions and actions for marketing teams.

For backend engineers, experience with TypeScript or React is much appreciated. We work across the stack and value people who enjoy touching different layers of the system when needed.
What We Look For
We want people who enjoy owning features from idea to delivery, and who think in terms of product impact rather than tickets. You will be working closely with founders, customers and the rest of the engineering team.
We move quickly and constantly refine. You know when to engineer something elegantly and when to keep it simple to validate the idea.
For this position, we look for Hybrid workers who come to the office a couple of days a week minimum, so communication, writing and async collaboration matter.

Key Responsibilities
- Build new product features across frontend and backend
- Contribute to design, architecture and system direction
- Ship fast, iterate fast and improve fast
- Review PRs and uphold engineering quality
- Work with customer feedback, analytics and product insights
- Help shape the engineering culture and team as we grow
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years experience building SaaS web applications
- Strong experience in TypeScript and React, or Python with FastAPI
- Comfortable working fullstack
- Experience with cloud environments
- Strong product intuition and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI driven systems
- Familiarity with digital marketing or content workflows
- Experience scaling production systems
- Comfort working in fast moving startup environments
