Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain laboratory automation control and digital software at customer sites.
• Provide second-line technical support : troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for automation systems and laboratory software.
• Collaborate with HQ software engineers on feature implementation, workflow optimization, and product enhancements .
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, showcasing system capabilities and application workflows.
• Conduct technical presentations and application seminars for customers, partners, and internal teams to support product understanding and adoption.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to propose product improvements.
• Track industry trends and competitor solutions to support product strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology , or related field.
• A strong passion for life sciences field .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.

It will be considered a plus if you meet one or more of the following criteria:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a biological laboratory , with proficiency in routine molecular biology and cell biology techniques
• Experience in hardware maintenance or troubleshooting for laboratory or technical equipment.
• Prior experience working in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, customer training sessions, or scientific seminars.
• Hands-on experience conducting product demos or supporting pre/after-sales technical evaluation.
