You will proactively role model this craft to other EMs and partner with other leaders on opportunities to level up the wider org. You will directly support engineers with their personal & professional development, and guide the entire team (in partnership with product and design peers) to deliver exceptional software that has measurable impact for our customers. And you will grow with us, taking on increasing responsibility (such as line managing other managers) over time.
