The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead the Research and development team, including the Electromechanical Design and Product System Engineers at client. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful development, integration, and implementation of innovative technology and data security products. The Engineering Manager will guide the engineering team, ensure adherence to design standards, and maintain high levels of productivity and innovation.
Requirements of the Manager, Engineering:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in business is preferred.
Minimum required job experience to adequately perform the duties defined:
At least 7 years of experience in engineering management or a related role.
