Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director who can lead the creative and strategic direction of our client campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong creative instincts with a solid understanding of digital marketing, viral content creation, and sales-oriented storytelling.
This role is not just about managing visuals — it’s about driving client growth through creativity, performance strategy, and strong communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client growth objectives and marketing performance goals.
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions for social media campaigns, video content, and digital activations.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and result-driven content.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing and business development teams to align creative strategy with growth targets.
• Participate in sales meetings with the BD team to present creative strategies and help close potential clients.
• Create viral and sales-driven content concepts that attract engagement and conversions.
• Supervise content creation, copywriting, and storytelling across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google, etc.).
• Work directly with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and creative needs.
• Manage and mentor creative team members (designers, content creators, video editors, etc.).
• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive creative edge.

Requirements:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Creative Director or Senior Creative Strategist role within a digital or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, content virality, and sales-based storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading sales or strategy meetings with clients.
• Hands-on knowledge of digital platforms and ad formats (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative work that has led to measurable client growth or viral success.
• Experience working with clients in the UAE or MENA region is a plus.
