We are scaling our engineering team rapidly and are looking for a
hands-on DevOps Engineer
who can own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, and security for production healthcare AI systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
end-to-end ownership

What You’ll Do
Required Skills and Experience
Core Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in
DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure / SRE
- Proven experience running
production workloads on Google Cloud Platform
Cloud & Containers
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes (GKE)
- Cloud Run
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architectures
Infrastructure as Code
- Terraform (required)
— production experience managing infrastructure via code
CI/CD & Operations
- Experience designing and maintaining
CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of deployment automation and rollback strategies
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Databases
- Experience with
PostgreSQL
, including:
- Performance tuning
- Indexing and optimization
- Backup and reliability strategies
Security & Reliability
- Knowledge of
cloud security best practices
- Experience with IAM, secrets management, and secure service-to-service communication
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting
AI, data, or analytics-heavy systems
- Hands-on experience with
BigQuery
- Experience with message queues and async processing (Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks)
- Prior experience in
healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with cost monitoring and FinOps practices
- Google Cloud certifications (Associate / Professional level)
