About The Role Seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer with 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

Knowledge of Windows Desktop applications; various operating systems such as Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11 as well as basics on Server technologies.
Experience on software applications and basic hardware for the PC/OS/BSOD.
Experience on Imaging of laptops and Desktop using SCCM imaging /WDS.
Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Active Directory Domains.
Should have experience in basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, VPN.
Must have L1/ L2 knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP, Fileservers, GPO.
Crestron/Poly/Logica Teams Device Config & Troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge on Antivirus concepts like McAfee, Infoblox.
Should have excellent customer service, written, verbal, Presentation & Communication skills.
Should be self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
