Providing heating for homes, buildings, and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Heating is, therefore, one of the largest opportunities in the world to decarbonise; transforming Heating Grids unlocks the potential of low-carbon heat sources such as geothermal and waste heat. Yet, as Heating Grids transform, they will become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design. We believe that digital and data play a key role in this transformation and that traditional tooling for District Heating and Industrial Steam Grids has been insufficient. With our real-time Digital Twin Platform, we create a digital copy of your complete Heating Grid that runs in real time. This comprehensive software solution lets you optimise your grid, increase control and run simulations of future situations. So you can improve performance, reduce CO2 emissions by up to 10%, save on operating costs, realise up to 20% lower CapEx and make smarter operational and business decisions. We work with large district and industrial heating partners in Europe, such as E.ON, Eneco, Ennatuurlijk, Helen, Nobian, Shell, Uniper, and Wien Energie. Our team consists of 100+ energy specialists, engineers, data scientists and top-tier consulting alumni and is backed by investors Capricorn Partners, Eneco, ENERGIIQ, and Helen Ventures.

About Gradyent
Providing heating and cooling for homes, buildings and industry accounts for roughly 50% of global energy consumption. Smart production, exchange, and consumption of heat in heating grids is the most significant opportunity for cities and industries to decarbonize. Yet, as heating grids transform towards renewables, they become increasingly complex and require a new approach to control and design.
Gradyent is a leading software provider that helps cities and heavy industry decarbonize faster by digitizing, optimizing, and transforming their heat networks with our Digital Twin. We are scaling the platform globally and looking for a driven Senior Product Analyst to support our product team.

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role, light on product management, and heavy on managing people, projects, and technical execution. You’ll guide our engineers, set priorities, and act as the bridge between the cloud/security roadmap and business goals.
