• Managing the "rhythm of the business" by tracking and executing critical cross-functional initiatives
• Organizing messy information into clear, actionable structures to support investor relations and fundraising
• Ensuring operational delivery by collaborating directly with the executive team on "fast-moving" projects
• Solving ad-hoc challenges, from preparing briefing notes for external partners to supporting high-impact company events
