Job description:

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven generalist to help us grow, operate, and support our AI, robotics, and computer vision product lines end-to-end. You'll work across operations, marketing, sales, and client management — reporting directly to local and international leadership.

What You'll Do

Operations & Project Coordination

• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across active projects
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and technical teams
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and project reports
• Report directly to local and abroad management

Marketing & Content

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels
• Write and maintain website content, product pages, and service descriptions
• Support case study writing, product write-ups, and campaign briefs
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all materials

Sales & Business Development

• Assist with outreach to prospective clients (India and international)
• Demo hardware and software products to potential customers, including live walkthroughs and technical Q&A
• Navigate and manage government tendering and contract procedures (GeM, CPPP, or equivalent)
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and capability documents

Customer & Client Support

• Be the first point of contact for client queries and coordination
• Track deliverables and ensure timely communication with active clients

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of hardware and software products
• Comfortable presenting and demonstrating technical products to technical and non-technical audiences
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Based near Delhi NCR (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with government procurement processes and contract procedures (GeM, CPPP, or equivalent)
• Prior experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management workflows
• Exposure to AI, robotics, or deep-tech products

Terms

• Contract-to-hire (long-term collaboration expected)
• Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Flexible hours with regular check-ins with local and international management
• Contract length: 6 months
