Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Law, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within pharmacovigilance, drug safety, CRO, or life sciences services.
Strong understanding of PV operations, regulatory requirements, and (e.g., Oracle Argus, ARISg).
Proven track record in closing service contracts and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and remote environment.
Curious, Self Driven, Focused, Confident and Disciplined
Familiarity with AI/automation in PV workflows
Experience engaging with pharma safety leadership or outsourcing procurement.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance quality systems, signal management, or aggregate reporting.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
English (excellent)
