experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper
to join our growing finance team.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.

What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of daily bookkeeping and preparation of financial information to support monthly closing and reporting for both Israel and US subsidaries.
- Lead month-end processes including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, payroll journals, and prepaid expenses.
- Manage Accounts Payable — record invoices, onboard new vendors, and process supplier payments.
- Oversee global Accounts Receivable — invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings to tax authorities (Such as VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance, and more).
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support annual audits and assist in preparing financial statements.
