As a Billing and Collections Analyst , you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and reconciling job tickets to field data, maintain SAP job data
• Preparing customer invoices efficiently and entering correctly into the system
• Verifying information, maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of reports.
• Building relationships internally.
• Coaching performance of team.
• Overseeing day to day operations.
• Preparing accounting statements and reports related to billing

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

• Have High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
• Have Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
• Have ability to organize and prioritize.
• Have Strong attention to detail.
• Have ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have Good analytical skills and strong computer skills.
• Have proficiency in use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Have 7+years' experience in accounting or finance which is a plus.
