What You'll Bring The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer is responsible for demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of end-to-end document capture, workflow processes, and platform integration to deliver scalable and effective solutions. This role requires advanced technical analysis and critical thinking abilities, as well as the capability to think strategically and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams.

A strong foundation in Java (1.8 or higher) and Spring Boot, with the ability to build efficient, maintainable backend services.
Hands-on experience with Angular to deliver intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces.
Working knowledge of IBM MQ and RESTful API integration for secure and reliable enterprise communication.
A collaborative mindset-someone who values teamwork, open communication, and shared success.
Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and reliable deliverables.
The ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
A passion for developing technology solutions that support business processes and improve user experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years of experience in full stack application development.
Strong programming experience with Java 1.8+ and Spring Boot frameworks.
Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or later) for building dynamic and responsive front-end applications.
Working knowledge of IBM MQ or similar messaging middleware (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
Understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Solid grasp of object-oriented design principles and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in enterprise image and workflow systems (e.g., document processing or workflow automation platforms).
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
Knowledge of SOAP web services, JMS, or Kafka is advantageous.
Understanding security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) and enterprise authentication methods.

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$79,000-$113,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
