We are looking for a  passionate AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience  to join our growing  HealthTech AI team  and build next-generation  AI-powered healthcare solutions for onsite locations Hyderabad / Rajahmundry / Vishakhapatnam locations.

In this role, you will work on  Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems  to solve real-world healthcare problems such as  clinical data understanding, medical document intelligence, AI assistants, and decision-support systems .

You will help design and build  production-scale AI systems  using  LLMs/SLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based workflows .

What You Will Work On

Required Skills

AI / ML

• Strong understanding of  Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
• Experience working with  transformer-based models
• Hands-on experience with  Generative AI systems

GenAI Stack

Experience with:

• LLMs / SLMs
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering
• Model fine-tuning
• Agentic AI frameworks

Frameworks/tools:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• HuggingFace
• Open-source LLM ecosystems

Programming

• Strong experience in  Python
• Experience with ML frameworks such as  PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn

Data & Retrieval

Experience working with:

• Vector databases  (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
• Embedding models
• Large document processing pipelines

Cloud & Deployment

• Experience working with  cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Familiarity with  Docker, APIs, and scalable AI deployments

Good to Have

• Experience building  Agentic AI systems
• Experience fine-tuning  LLMs/SLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
• Experience working with  healthcare or clinical data
• Knowledge of  MLOps and model deployment pipelines
