About Titan4

We are looking for an Administration, Finance & Control Lead who will work closely with our CEO and Investors to support Titan4’s growth and international expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee administration, finance, and control activities, ensuring compliance with legal, fiscal and accounting standards
Design and implement financial planning, budgeting and reporting processes aligned with scaling needs
Work directly with the CEO and investors to develop and execute financial strategies supporting growth and internationalization
Manage activities that have a financial impact, including relationships with banks and financial partners
Support Board reporting, investor relations and preparation of financial presentations
Provide insights to guide strategic decisions, project financing opportunities and scaling operations
Contribute to building a finance function that is robust and data-driven.

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; MBA or similar qualification is a plus
3+ years of experience in administration, finance & control roles, ideally in VC-backed companies, scale-ups or consulting/audit firms
Strong knowledge of management control, accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience in fundraising, investor relations and growth financing is highly valued
Excellent command of English
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-scaling international environment.
