As we continue to grow across Europe, we’re looking for an Actuary / Pricing Analyst to join our Insurance & Finance team in Stockholm and help us shape sustainable, competitive pricing models that support the future of pet insurance.

Tasks
About the role
As an Actuary / Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in building and maintaining pricing models that balance customer value, portfolio performance, and business sustainability.
You’ll work with actuarial modeling, product pricing, and portfolio analytics, while collaborating closely with e.g. Country Managers, Claims, Product, Marketing, and Tech. You will report to our CFO.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys both technical modelling and commercial thinking: someone who can go deep into data, but also communicate insights clearly and influence decisions.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain pricing models and rating structures
Own technical pricing and modelling improvements (segmentation, risk factors, model monitoring)
Support pricing of new insurance products, product changes, and market expansion
Requirements
Required
Actuarial background
3+ years of relevant working experience (pricing / analytics / insurance modelling)
Programming skills (preferably Python and SQL )
Desirable
Experience in personal lines insurance (consumer insurance like pet, home, motor etc.)
(Pet) insurance background

Track and analyse portfolio performance (loss ratio, frequency, severity, retention, profitability)
Partner with Claims to understand loss drivers and emerging trends
Collaborate with Product & Tech on cross-functional initiatives (pricing tooling, automation, data pipelines)
Help define and evaluate product pricing strategy, including subscription-style pricing concepts
