Account Executive (AE) — High-Upside Role

Lead Flow
You will receive:
10–15 HOT, inbound, pre-qualified leads per day
7 days per week
These are:
Business owners already interested
Already aware of financing problems
Already booked for demos
No cold calling. No prospecting. No chasing.
Your job is to:
Run the demo → diagnose → close
What You’ll Be Selling:
Fintology is an AI-powered, white-label financing platform that
Matches customers to 4,500+ lenders
Works across all credit profiles
Lives inside the business’s existing sales process
Increases approvals automatically
Helps businesses close more $1,000+ deals

How You Make Money
Compensation Structure:
10% one-time commission per closed deal
Commission calculated on the average of our three pricing tiers:
$997 / $497 / $297 = ~$597 avg
Average commission per close: ~$59.70
No caps. Ever.
Realistic Earnings Breakdown
5 closes/day → ~$298/day → ~$6,500/month
8–10 closes/day → $10,000–$15,000+/month
With 10–15 hot leads daily, these numbers are achievable for strong closers.
